I reached out to customer service and then basically sat there waiting for what felt like forever. It took days for them to finally respond, and when they did, the reply was completely useless. the whole thing was insanely frustrating, and I definitely won’t be ordering from them again.

I was just trying to look for some Darts, and the site made it way harder than it needed to be. Pages were loading weird, stuff felt clunky, and I kept ending up not where I thought I was going. Maybe I’m impatient, but I’ve ordered socks online with less hassle, and those had like 40 different size charts. After a while I just gave up and closed it.

"Got the wrong stuff??"
I ordered a set of darts with some flights, but when the package showed up, the flights were wrong and one of the barrels wasn’t even the one I picked. Like, how does that happen?? I reached out to support, but they took way too long, and in the end I still had to deal with sorting it out myself. Frustrating experience overall...

I’ll be honest, I’m not the most patient when something goes wrong, so the wait was a bit frustrating for me. But in the end, the issue did get fixed, and that’s what mattered most.

"Delivery was fine, just a bit slower than expected"
I ordered some darts and they did turn up in the end, but delivery took a few days longer than the estimate. The tracking didn’t update very quickly either, so I wasn’t totally sure what was going on. My brother was asking when they’d arrive because we were planning to use them over the weekend, so that was a little annoying. Overall, not a bad experience, just average. I’d probably order again, but not if I needed something in a hurry.

"Helpful advice without the sales push"
I ordered from Darts after realizing I had no idea which darts to choose. There are so many options that it gets a bit overwhelming, but the person I spoke with was genuinely helpful and seemed to actually care about pointing me in the right direction, not just making a sale.
He asked a few sensible questions about how I throw and helped me pick a set that feels like a good fit. Delivery was quick, everything arrived packed properly, and the darts have been great so far.
I’m giving it 4 stars because the website could be a little easier to navigate in places. Still, fair play to them for having decent support from someone who knows their stuff and treats customers properly.

"I might be wrong, but it felt like..."
I might be wrong, but it felt like almost everything I wanted was out of stock. The site shows loads of darts at first, then when you click through there are no sizes or sets available. Bit frustrating and felt like a waste of time, so I ended up buying from somewhere else.

I ordered a few darts and flights from darts.com and everything showed up in good shape. The box was sturdy, nothing was bent or rattling around inside, so no complaints there really
Only thing I noticed was there was probably more padding than needed for such a small order. Not a huge deal though, better that than stuff arriving damaged, and it all got here safe

I had to make a return, and the process was painless. The refund came through quickly, which I really appreciated. It would’ve been nice to have a little more detail in the updates, but overall it was an easy experience

I felt like the prices were too high for what you get. The company makes everything sound great with all the usual polished wording, but once you look past that, it just didn’t feel worth the money to me.

"Darts showed up damaged"
I was disappointed when these darts arrived. The tips were already chipped and the flights were bent, like they’d just been thrown around with no care at all. After only two games, one of the shafts cracked too. It’s not worth the hassle of sending them back, but I definitely won’t be buying from here again.

I checked out darts.com hoping they’d have a decent bunch of stuff to choose from, but the selection felt limited. I couldn’t find the darts or flights I was actually looking for, which was kind of a bummer

"Pretty sure they’re legit"
I ordered a set of darts from Darts and, as far as I can tell, they seem to be the real deal. The packaging looked normal, and the weight felt right in my hand, not like some cheap knockoff or anything. Shipping was a little slower than I was hoping for, but it wasn’t a huge issue. Overall, I’m happy with the order and I’d probably buy from them again

I ordered some Darts and, to be fair, the tracking emails were useful. I didn’t have to keep refreshing the site or wondering what was going on, since I got an update when it shipped and another when it was out for delivery.
I was a little annoyed that the first tracking update took longer than I expected, but I guess it wasn’t the end of the world. The order showed up fine in the end, and the communication was good enough that I’d probably be okay ordering again.
